The frying unit is designed to fry churros, crisps, donuts and other fried desserts.

Developed by Kitchen Project engineers, the fryer can consume minimum energy during frying.

It consists of a control panel and a frying unit.

The digital thermostat is equipped to display and adjust the frying temperature, the timing of the frying and fermentation process and to maintain all these stable characteristics.

The digital control panel has several features such as the safety temperature cut, the protection of the switch against oil-free operation, the electrical system with thermal protection cable, the starting and restart system. These safety features prevent the frying unit from being used after its shutdown until it is again activated by the user.

The digital control panel is removable for optimal frying and easily accessible for cleaning.

The frying unit is made of 304 stainless steel with a 3 year quality guarantee and has an CE certificate.

There's a valve for the tank oil. The unit is shipped as ready to be installed and modular production makes it easy to move the unit.

The appliance shall be connected to the electricity by an authorized electrician and shall not be connected to a outlet other than that of the connected point. The device must never be used when there is no oil. Be informed that resistance will be damaged if the unit is used oil-free while the digital control panel is connected to the frying unit. The oil level is indicated on the colander. The used oil will be discharged from the bottom drain valve to the waste tank. This must occur when the oil is completely cold.
