The Bain is used to heat, melt the chocolate by placing the bowls in boiling water. It is entirely stainless steel and consumes 220 V hours. Before running, the water is placed in the water tank at a level but will not touch the bowls. During this process, the discharge valve is closed. Water must be checked regularly and replaced if exhausted. The water must be heated before pouring chocolate chips into the pots. This way, chocolate remains melted throughout the day.
